FRIDAY October 25 @ RICs - Genshen supported the truly wonderful Charles Foster Kane! And... Genshen went unplugged!!!

SATURDAY OCTOBER 5 @ The Zoo - Genshen supported The Drugs!! Yeah! Yeah! This night was amazing!! The Drugs proved they have an awsome professional show. Polyvinyl proved they are masters of pop rock!

SATURDAY SETPEMBER 21 @ The Alley - Milton Bowl, Frew Street, Milton. Genshen appeared with Verge and Midway. A great night of cool up & coming Brisbane indie-pop bands!

WEDNESDAY SEPTEMBER 18 @ The Zoo - Ann Street, Fortitude Valley. Genshen appeared with Guernica and Lancaster!! This was a great show - Guernica and Lancaster rocked!!

THURSDAY SEPTEMBER 5 @ The Rat & Parrot Hotel - Ann Street, Fortitude Valley - a Stone's throw from the Zoo. Genshen went all out - dancer Joss stole the night though!.

Monday 15th July- BRISPOP Presents..... Genshen played with the lads from Shifter @ RICs Bar in Fortitude Valley. What a great night!!! And Genshen received their first serious encore chant - we were not ready for it but we managed to wing it by playing a requested song "chermside". Friday 28th June - Genshen played at the Zoo with the Daybridges and Midway as supports for the very talented Leo Nine (previously Battered Fish).  This was a great night of local pop talent!

Friday May 24- Genshen played with the wonderful Lewis at the Alley, Milton Ten Pin Bowling, 2 Frew Street, Milton. This one was huge!! .... if you missed it, you missed it! 

Saturday May 11 - Genshen played with the very talented Spicer Drake and Timothy Three at The Terminus Hotel, Melbourne Street, South Brisbane.  Genshen launched their new promotional demo at this gig.

Friday April 26th- Genshen played with great indie locals Semicolon and Someplace to Hide @ The Alley, Milton.

O-WEEK!!!! On Thursday February 28th 2002, Genshen played the University of Queensland's Red Room with renowned newcomers Sqipplepippy. Genshen played for an hour at 2:00pm. Sqipplepippy play at around 1:00pm - it was a great afternoon! 

On Friday February 22nd, Genshen opened an evening of lavishingly good indie music at the HEALER in Warner Street, Fortitude Valley. Genshen played early @ 9:00pm as the opening support act for legend rockers Elroy and smooth cowboys Halfway. It was great!!

Genshen had a smashing short set at the ZOO February 8 2002 - their first gig for 2002.  Genshen played early @ 9:45pm to a big turnout. Thankyou to all that made it along. Thanks also to the bands and the Zoo. This was Genshen's first live show incorporating their new sound that can be expected on their upcoming EP.
